A Medscheck is an in pharmacy review of a patient’s medication. This review helps to identify and resolve any issues the patient is experiencing with their medication, and helps educate the patient about how to best take and store their medications.
A Diabetes Medscheck is aimed at those with Type 2 diabetes, to help review their medication and diabetes management in order to achieve optimum blood glucose control.
We provide a delivery service to the local Mandurah area.* Please call us to organise to have your items delivered to your doorstep by one of our friendly staff.
Please note deliveries are subject to staff availability and time of day (unfortunately we do not offer deliveries after-hours or on weekends).
